My experience at Vertu Toyota Glasgow could have been better because the sales team were very good but after sales awful. promises of calling back which was never done. I had to call 5 times and eventually emailed the original sales person to get a reply. I am having to go out my way again ..had to go back before to collect a key as they only had 1 and was told it never arrived when I went to collect it with some paperwork I needed to pass in so needed to go back again and had to wait over 2 hours for this and now to try to get the andriod audio fixed which should have been checked before the car was sold. I need to take another day off work as they seemingly need my phone so I need to be present for this. The garage is not near me and I am having to travel again over 40 mins to go back again and wait for hours till this has been checked. Did ask if the car can be collected and returned but advised I need to be there with my phone. As mentioned I was happy with sales rep but not happy with calling 5 times and being told someone will contact me and they never did. Been trying to get this sorted since 1st July.
